Before the cleaners came, I called and told them my issue: sofa is itchy because of dustmites. I was give guarantee that it will be fixed. Cleaners came and cleaned the sofa pretty quickly, didnt feel like deep cleaning. Now it has dried up but it is still itchy. It had to be cleaned more thoroughly which they didnt do. Poor experience, will share on google review

Cleaning was well done. Both the Srilankan attendants were friendly and professional. Happy with the service.

Had to contact via whatsapp as website and app were not sending OTPs, so not ideal.
